USER AGREEMENT

The following conditions regulate the relations between www.naturalgas.bg Internet site on the one hand and the Internet site Users on the other hand, including Users having registration of user name and entry password.

1. CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF SERVICES

The site www.naturalgas.bg provides to its users the following services: access to information and data bases through Internet, called the Services for short.

The site www.naturalgas.bg provides the Services under the following Conditions:

The Conditions could be updated at any time without the users being specially informed in advance. www.naturalgas.bg does not bear responsibility in case the User has not read the last updated version of the Conditions. The last updated version of the Conditions could be seen at any time at: www.naturalgas.bg

When using the www.naturalgas.bg the user is obliged to respect these Conditions as well as any other relevant requirements of Bulgarian and International legislation even if they are not mentioned in these Conditions.

THE USER AGREES WITH THE CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WWW.NATURALGAS.BG SERVICES WHEN ENTERING THE SITE AND USING ITS CONTENT.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The User understands and accepts the circumstance that the Services are being provided "in the form in which they are" and the fact that www.naturalgas.bg is not responsible for timeliness, deletion, impossibility to be provided or kept personal tunings or communications of the User, as well as for damages, lost profits or other losses occurred after, as a result of or because of usage of the Services (or impossibility for usage due to technical problems, prophylactics, administrator decision, etc.).

In order to use the services the User should get access to the World Wide Web either directly or thorough other devices having access to Web based content. Apart from that the User have to be supplied with all equipment necessary for having access to the World Wide Web, including a computer, modem or other source for Internet web access. www.naturalgas.bg only provides the Services without being responsible for any interruptions or technical problems whatsoever, preventing form usage of the Services which is a result of computer equipment exploitation by the User.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS UPON REGISTRATION

With regard to usage of the Services the User obliges to:

a) submit correct, punctual, up to date and full information for himself when filling in the registration form (called from now on with the general title Personal Data);

b) when necessary to make changes in the Personal Data with a view to its correctness, punctuality, actuality and completeness.

In case the User submits false, incorrect, not updated or not full information www.naturalgas.bg has the right to close and /or delete the information of/for his address and to refuse him further access to some or to all Services.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. CONFIDENTIALITY

Compliant with Law on personal data protection in force as from 01.01.2002 the User has the right of access to its own Personal Data, which has been submitted by him or which has become known by www.naturalgas.bg during his usage of Services as well as right to correction of his Personal Data.

Accepting these Conditions the Users having registration of user name and entry password explicitly agree their Personal Data to be processed and used by www.naturalgas.bg by electronic way for the aim of providing the Services.

All Data voluntarily provided by the User and any other data identifying him in the process of using of Services are being stored, processed and used by www.naturalgas.bg for the aim of maintaining certain functionality of the Service.

www.naturalgas.bg keeps the right to use IP addresses of Users for disclosure of their identity in the cases when this is necessary for complying with law, legal procedures or these Conditions.

5. ACCESS, USER NAME AND PASSWORD, SECURITY

The User acquires User Name and Password and access to all Services of www.naturalgas.bg after having the process of registration completed.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User Name and Password and is entirely responsible for all activities, the access to which is being carried out with his User Name and Password.

The User agrees to immediately inform www.naturalgas.bg for each unauthorized usage of User Name and Password or for each breach of security and to terminate its access to services (Exit) at the end of each session (after their usage).

www.naturalgas.bg is not responsible for whatever damages or losses caused as a result of non-compliance with the provision of this art. 5.

6. USERS BEHAVIOUR

The User hereby agrees not to use the Services of www.naturalgas.bg in order to:

a) interrupt the normal work of other Service Users, including not to use, influence in any way whatsoever which implies negatively upon the possibility for other Users to participate in real time exchange;

b) prevent provision of Services or interrupt the work of servers or webs, related to the Services, not to respect the requirements, procedures, policy or rules with regard to the networks, related to the Services;

c) infringe purposely or non-willfully local, national or international laws;

d) unlawfully gather and use personal information for other Users.

7. OTHERS

www.naturalgas.bg has the right to change technology and design of the Services provided without informing the Users in advance.

www.naturalgas.bg keeps the right to send to its Users system messages, related to new Services or to changes in the conditions and ways for using the present Services.

Having in mind the international character of the Internet and the fact that www.naturalgas.bg is connected with this network, www.naturalgas.bg does not guarantee that the information flood to and from www.naturalgas.bg will not be followed or taped by third parties, except for the cases when using SSL and connection protection is carried out in compliance with SSL certificate.
