The main activities of the committee are:
1 Active participation in state projects for legislative acts and decisions in the area of natural gas through:
a) the drafting of positions on proposed laws and sub-law acts;
b) the initiation of improvements of the existing legislation in the area of natural gas;
2 Harmonization of the technical standards in the country in accordance with the EU norms;
3 Analysis of the changes in the EU legislation related to natural gas and their effect on the Bulgarian national legislation;
